A breakfast buffet will be served starting at 8:00 AM.
For lunch, three boxed meal options will be available:
Turkey on a croissant with herb mayonnaise, avocado, lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese, and tomatoes.
Served with fresh fruit salad, cole slaw, and dessert.
Smoked bacon, romaine lettuce, and roma tomatoes on a ciabatta roll with grilled red onions and balsamic mayo.
Served with new red potato salad, fresh fruit salad, and dessert.
Vegetarian Hummus Pita
Soft pita filled with Mediterranean salad, hummus, Feta cheese, shredded lettuce, and carrots.
Served with cucumber, tomato, and onion salad, fresh fruit salad, and dessert.
