Abstract
What truly decides someone's experience on our teams? How do we know when we've made a good hire? What factors determine the success of someone within a role? Dr. Janine Weaver-Douglas explores the concept of environmental ethics in the context of how we recruit, select, train & develop professional staff leaders, via the Plant Theory. We examine how the conditions of environment, the application of resources & existing underlying beliefs come into play when it comes to evaluating staff performance.
