Abstract
This paper will discuss information and data visualization along with information graphics. Because of the massive amounts of information we receive on a daily basis, delivering information visually can serve as a significant communication tool. In this paper, the work of two artists, Giorgia Lupi and Alberto Cairo, is presented to showcase multiple approaches to data visualization and infographics. The purpose of this study was to create a project using multiple approaches to present information about carbon: infographics, video, and 3D prints. The results show the importance of using visuals to communicate information.
