Description

Project L.I.F.E. (Literacy for Immigrant/Migrant Families Everyday) provides evidence-based emergent literacy and oral language enrichment directly to migrant/immigrant preschoolers while also building family literacy and parental self-efficacy to positively impact migrant/immigrant children’s school readiness. Speech-language pathology graduate students also learn how to provide direct enrichment services and how to coach families. This poster presentation will focus on how this project has evolved since we received funding from the Buell Foundation.
