About UNCOpen

The institutional repository is committed to sharing and preserving the academic endeavors of the University of Northern Colorado community. UNCOpen is an open access service that offers free, persistent, and reliable global access to scholarly, educational, and creative outputs produced by the university. Core collections include Student Work, such as theses and dissertations, and Faculty Work, which gathers articles, presentations, and more from unit-level collections. Additionally, the repository currently hosts open access journals, several OER collections, select Community Archives, and more.

UNCOpen upholds UNC’s value to promote diversity of thought and culture and aligns with the institution’s strategic plan by highlighting the diverse voices and collaborative spirit of UNC's faculty, staff, and students. Through the exchange of research, scholarship, and creative works, the institutional repository encourages cooperation across academic disciplines and celebrates community connection and inclusivity. A centralized repository allows our collective voice to promote UNC and Greeley with pride on campus, throughout Colorado, and worldwide.
