Description

A letter written to The Colorado Alumnus magazine from a man who used to visit Dinosaur National Monument when he lived in Colorado. He advocates that during time employed by the Bureau of Reclamation, he wrote a thesis on water resources and found alternative sites to Echo Park and Split Mountain that are "equally good."
