Transcript of the Secretary of Interior's Public Hearing for the Echo Park Reservoir Project. Included is the first ten pages of the testimony from Clyde T. Ellis, President of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). Ellis supports the project on behalf of NRECA because of the benefit of "the abundant power that would be produced in these projects."
