(cut off from video) is Yodit. I am from Eritrea. I am not working. I have lived in Greeley for one year. I learned English one year. Now, this is my culture. Today, I am making-I am cooking four things. This is sugo, or pasta. Vegetable. It’s vegetable. This is soup. And this is chicken. Ok. This is injera, Habesha food. And now I eat injera. This is chicken and egg. This is vegetable. Today, I make two food: chicken and vegetable. Then I eat now. Mix with vegetable.
