My name is Maria and I am from Guanajuato, Mexico, and I am going to make salsa in this little lava rock. I am going to use roast tomato, serano, and a little bit of garlic and salt. Then I am ready to make tortillas. Tortillas- I make tortillas with instant corn maseca flour mixed with water. Roll it in a little egg ball the size of your palm. Put it in the presser, press, take it out, put in the comal, and I have some already over here. When the tortilla is ready, put a little bit of water, salt and [ininteligible]. The tortilla- turn it, when the tortilla is ready, we can use this tortilla warmer to keep the tortilla warm. Tortilla ready, I put a little bit of salsa, carne asada, rice, frijoles, and avocado, and the taco is ready!
