A transcript of a hearing before the Sec. of the Dept. of the Interior regarding the Bureau of Reclamation's Big Thompson Water Diversion project in Colorado (C-BT). Today, the C-BT project serves roughly 33 cities on the eastern slope including Greeley and Fort Collins.
