Do you use Blackboard, or another Learning Management System (LMS), to provide course materials for face-to-face or online classes? Are you wondering about the legality of providing certain resources through Blackboard or other online systems? UNC General Counsel Dan Satriana will present copyright law basics with a focus on teaching and use of an LMS, suggest best practices and answer any specific questions you may have.
