Abstract
This two-page module helps students to identify the components of binomial probabilities as well as calculate basic scenarios based on real examples such as, "30% of children in a low-income area are diagnosed with ADHD. In a simple random sample of 80 kids from this school, what is the probability that 3 will have ADHD? Components include but are not limited to n = number of independent trials p = probability of success for each trial X ~ b(n,p) = Notation nCx = Binomial coefficients.
