Abstract
Leadership Perspectives is a series of filmed conversations with active educational leaders. Our purpose in producing this series is to provide emerging and practicing leaders with ideas and strategies that are current and relevant. Furthermore, we are specifically working to include perspectives of leaders from varied ethnic and racial backgrounds and who are serving in a diverse range of contexts. We hope you enjoy the series -- or the specific edition with which you engage.
