Abstract
This interactive syllabus was created by Dr. Caitlin Monroe, Assistant Professor, Department of History, as part of UNC's LE@RN Learning Resources mini-grants in cooperation with University Libraries and the Colorado Department of Higher Education. Creating an interactive syllabus that helps ensure that students not only read the syllabus, but also see it as a collaborative document that gives them agency and takes their own input into consideration. The syllabus also improves equitable and accessible education by demystifying the hidden curriculum and providing students individualized attention that caters to their needs.
