Abstract

The ease of delivering on-demand video instruction over the internet is rapidly changing the dynamics of education. Flipping the classroom enables faculty to deliver more personalized instruction through project-based learning approaches that develop higher-order thinking skills. Dr. Jerry Overmyer, a pioneer of the flipped model, will host this workshop to share his recent research on the flipped learning model and provide tips for faculty wanting to implement the method.
