Abstract

Self-care refers to activities and practices that we can engage in on a regular basis to reduce stress and maintain and enhance our short- and longer-term health and well-being. UNC students balance courses, work responsibilities, and home life. Additionally, the pandemic has caused huge changes and challenges in their lives. In this webinar you’ll learn how you can support students by incorporating self-care into your courses and hear about students’ perceptions of in-class self-care activities. These strategies will provide students with the ability to incorporate self-care activities within their busy schedules and build self-care strategies for academic and professional success.
