Welcome UNC doctoral students! Dissertation Prep is designed to encourage you to begin, continue, or complete the writing of your proposal, dissertation, or capstone. Writing is hard work and it can leave you feeling isolated--but you are not alone. You are part of a support network that includes faculty, university services, and other doctoral students who empathize with the obstacles and issues of dissertation authorship. These workshops help you draw on this reservoir of expertise, experience, and UNC resources to complete you dissertation.
Material from past workshops is available here and there are additional resources at http://libguides.unco.edu/DissertationPrep/home.
The Dissertation Prep workshop is sponsored by the University Libraries and the Graduate School.
