Abstract
A dissertation is the pinnacle of your graduate education. As such, it should never be perceived as a one-and-done project, but a springboard for your future academic or professional career. This session will discuss how to make the most of your dissertation research and turn it into a scholarly publication. We will examine what constitutes a reputable academic journal and discuss some of the pitfalls to avoid as you evaluate your publication options.
